Mountain Bike Coaching Chattanooga

Whether you’re new to mountain biking or looking to ride smoother and faster on Chattanooga’s best trails, our MTB Skills Coaching Sessions are built to help you level up. We work with riders of all ages and experience levels to refine fundamentals like body position, braking, cornering, and trail awareness, then progress into advanced skills for technical terrain.

From the flowy singletrack at Enterprise South to the climbs and descents at Raccoon Mountain, the roots and switchbacks of Durham Mine Trails, and the rugged lines at Five Points, each session is designed to build confidence where it matters most — on the trail.

Our structured approach helps youth athletes, weekend riders, and adults develop lasting technique, better control, and more fun every time they ride. With Chattanooga mountain bike coaching, every trail starts to feel faster, smoother, and less intimidating.

Assess

Our coaches will spend the first half of the first mountain bike skills session assessing where you are at and your abilities on the trails.

Set the Foundation

We will then work with athletes to make sure they are using the proper technique with in-field and cone drills. Then we will move to the trails once the technique is achieved by the athlete.

Progress

We will use the techniques learned to safely progress to faster speeds, larger features, and more confidence while riding.
