I met David Carpenter 11 years ago planning for and racing Race Across the West (RAW), we won that race three times and currently hold the course record; David started coaching me 8 years ago for triathlons, next year will be my 40th year competing as a triathlete at distances ranging from Ironman to Sprint. Although David is very impressive as an athlete he is more impressive as a knowledgable coach with both the academic training, personal experience, and continuing eduction on coaching, nutrition, swimming, biking, and running skills/technique. True Performance offers several training packages; I currently have David write and adjust my weekly program and do several 1 on 1's with him every week. True Performance does not use a cut and paste style of training program, they understand each athletes individuals strengths, weaknesses and goals, and train that specific athlete; True Performance knows that one size doesn't fit all. With David and True Performance's coaching I have qualified for and raced the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI, and finish most of my races with a podium spot. I am grateful for what we have done together and know, without a doubt, David has kept me competitive in the sport of triathlon.

For past 5 years I have utilized True Performance for my training and coaching. As a masters cyclist, we need a different type of training / coaching as compared to an athlete who is much younger. This is where True Performance excels.
