The Performance Pass

Your all-access pass to staying tuned and performing at your best.

Mobility & Range of Motion

We look at:

  • Hips, ankles, shoulders, and thoracic spine

  • Where you’re restricted

  • What’s limiting your mechanics or causing compensation

You leave with:

  • Clear mobility priorities

  • A short list of drills that actually matter for your body

Gait, Movement & Efficiency

We assess:

  • Walking/running mechanics

  • How you load and unload

  • Left/right imbalances

  • Inefficiencies that waste energy or increase injury risk

This is huge for:

  • Runners

  • Cyclists

  • Field sport athletes

  • Anyone dealing with recurring tightness or soreness

Strength & Lifting Check

We review:

  • Key movement patterns (hinge, squat, push, pull, brace)

  • Barbell or dumbbell mechanics

  • Stability and control under load

You’ll get:

  • Technique cues

  • Program tweaks

  • Safer, more efficient ways to lift for performance—not just fatigue

✅ What You Leave With Every Time

  • A clear snapshot of where your body and movement stand

  • Specific focus areas for the next 6 months

  • Technique corrections you can apply immediately

  • Mobility and strength priorities that connect directly to your sport

  • Optional PT, training, or recovery recommendations if needed

This is not random advice—it’s a focused performance tune-up.

✅ Who This Is Built For

  • Endurance athletes (run, bike, tri, gravel)

  • Strength athletes and CrossFit

  • Field and court sport athletes

  • High school, collegiate, and adult athletes

  • Anyone who trains seriously and wants to stay healthy

✅ How It Fits Inside The Performance Pass

  • Included twice per year

  • Works as:

    • Pre-season setup

    • Mid-season check

    • Injury-prevention tune-in

    • Off-season reset

  • Setup issues that cost you power or durability

Injury Risk & Load Management Scan

We look at:

  • Current aches or “background pain”

  • Training volume and recovery trends

  • Spots that are quietly building toward injury

The goal:

  • Fewer setbacks
